Great product from a store with very helpful staff
Staff at Street (Clarks Village) were friendly and helpful.
Thw young lady looked for what I wanted out back, offered me one to be sent to my home but I was happy to have the display product. She wrapped it up really well.
I am really pleased with my pro cook pot and the colour is lovely (traditional orange/red.) Looks as good as the LeCruset pot but a fraction of the cost and as far as I can see, it's just as good quality. Thank you.

Great products, need better online service
I wanted to find out if a product was chemical free and trued calling your number twice. I was on hold both times for over ten minutes with no indication of where I was in the queue. I then emailed and revieved a reply that I woukd hear in the next 14 days! I needed the pans so drive to a pro cook shop which was great. You have gorgeous products we are very happy with but your customer service needs vastly improving.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your kind words about our cookware, but we sincerely regret the long wait times you experienced on the phone and the delay in our email response. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. We are currently reviewing our customer support processes and queue management to ensure faster response times moving forward. We are glad our in-store team was able to assist you with your purchase, and we hope you enjoy your new pans.
