Visiting the staff at Pro Cook Bideford, could not be more different from a 2* review left by Patrick in Aug. The two 'mature' lady assistants are half the reason I go in so often. They are both knowledgable about all their products and also very good fun to be with. They recognise their customers from previous visits and cant do enough for them (even mending a cut finger once!) although, just a Burger Press today!. Well done and Pro Cook should be proud of all their staff, especially the mature ones! Simon

I'm a big fan of ProCook. I started buying online and was very pleased with the quality. But now I've found the shops and can get to really explore what they have. Staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. My kitchen is becoming quite based around a lot of their offering - and it lasts well!

Helpful, friendly staff, not pushy

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately the items we wanted weren't in stock but they were able to order them to be delivered to our home which was brilliant.

It just wasn't a positive experience, we always use pro cook around the UK, if there's one there, we use it!

We needed a meat thermometer for the campervan on our Devon trip, staff watched us like a hawk, made us feel uneasy... it have us the feeling on "not being good enough" to be in there. I still bought my thermometer, and went about my day, but service was a real let down (usually good at ProCook). Without being harsh, I'd get rid of the two older lady staff serving that day!
