Superb buying experience, with Alex from the sales department taking the initiative to get me the turntable I ordered ahead of the supply chain schedule so as to meet a birthday present deadline. Incredible service, great advice and when I needed help from their service department, likewise Michael sorted the issue for me in less than a day. My first time ordering from Peter Tyson, but they have earned my trust immediately and I cannot recommend them more highly. Great kit, great prices and great service. Top!

I placed an order for a high end streaming device but was a little unsure about the condition of it. I need not have worried it came in perfect condition and works beautifully. It was extremely well packaged and it could easily have been mistaken for a new unit such is the condition of it. I am very happy with my purchase. I would have no hesitation in purchasing again from Peter.

Unfortunately there was a fault with the product, but I can’t fault the service; Liam was responsive in helping me troubleshoot, and supportive throughout the whole return process. Will definitely use PT again for my AV needs!
