Workers were on time, completed the work requested to our total satisfaction. Noe -the supervisor along with Harol Melendez, Michel Mtz, Devon Sander and Jonathon Sanchez all did a great job. Hard workers, friendly and courteous. Our problem was solved and communication through out the process was excellent. We would recommend this team.

Nick was great in discussing my ideas. He rightfully rejected ideas that would not work, but was very willing to allow me to weigh in on what needed to be done.

When the crew arrived to put the plan into action, everything went very well. Angel Aquila and his son of the same name were both great. As were Horlan Hernandez and Juan Sauceda. All the crew worked hard to knock out the job quickly and correctly. They did not rush anything, but didn't waste time. In the end, I was completely satisfied with the job they did.

To try and save money, I only signed up for doing a single side of my shop building ..... and am now (just a few days later) thinking of doing the other side. There's no doubt that I'll want to deal with the same people next time around.

i dont know why i keep getting sent these reviews. i already filled one out

1st the project was not completed per what I was told during initial visit.
2nd the "100ft" of rock was not 100ft worth of rock
3rd when they installed the sump pump it was never even turned on or connected to power
4th manager was suppose to call me its been days and have not heard from anyone.
Disappointing, paid nearly 11K and they couldn't even send out a crew who had at least one person who could communicate.

Rory was very knowledgeable and professionals. Helped finding a solution to a stressful situation. Very helpful.

Gabriel, supervisor, and Gerardo, Erazo, Trujillo, Cordero, and Bautista arrived on time. Each were hard working and extremely careful when digging to place casements and drainage pipes to avoid damaging the underground sprinkler system. Very happy that repairs to the sprinkler system were not necessary. The job looked exactly as the estimate blueprint. At the end of the job, Gabriel explained what had been done and ensured the job site was clean. Strongly recommend Olshan’s.

The whole experience was great from the estimate to the clean up the guys showed on time got right to work. They even worked in the rain. When the finished they cleaned everything up. Which was a big job because all the dirt was mud.

I recently had foundation repair done, and the whole experience was much better than I expected. Angelo, the Crew Chief, and Martin, the Supervisor, were great to work with. They were easy to talk to, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Even James, in sales, answered questions and submitted paperwork while on vacation. Above and beyond effort!

The crew—Eduardo, Jose, Walter, Chuy, Carlos, and Zeke—worked hard from start to finish. They were careful around my landscaping, filled in all of the holes neatly, and even took extra care patching the concrete on my porch so it looked as smooth and level as possible.

This team takes pride in what they do. Everyone was professional, respectful, and paid attention to the little details. I'm very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair.

Chris with Olshan came out to evaluate the standing water issues on our property and was incredibly helpful. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explain what was causing the problem, and walk us through several possible solutions. I really appreciated that he was honest, knowledgeable, and never tried to pressure us into anything.

He was professional, patient, and answered all of our questions, making sure we understood the pros and cons of each option. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely wants to help. I highly recommend Chris and Olshan if you’re looking for an honest assessment and expert advice.

Only hire illegal immigrants at your 6003 Arlington ave location in raytown. Lack off ppe for employees. Cody and company at your raytown location are going to get you in trouble with the federal government if you do not distance your company from their branch. Total scumbags there.

Ol-scam! Horrible experience. My house has more cracks now than before. Will not call you back. Once they get their money you have no chance of getting anything corrected!

So this is not to alarm you but they have been out twice to reset an error code on my crawlspace dehumidifier. These things happen. It is within the warranty period and they make you a priority when something doesn't work. They stand by YOU. Clayton and Michael we a great team to come out. Michael was at my house the previous time and he had a hunch he might be back. His "boots on the ground"experience was reassuring. Clayton was new to the team and he was a down to earth communicator.
