We honestly couldn’t recommend Gareth and the team at Mortgage Medics enough! From start to finish, everything was handled so professionally and seamlessly, which made what could have been a very stressful process feel incredibly straightforward.

Gareth was fantastic throughout, always helpful, responsive and kept us updated every step of the way. We really felt looked after and knew we were in safe hands.

And the lovely little card and welcome box of goodies delivered to our new home was such a thoughtful touch! It was completely unexpected and a really lovely way to finish the whole experience.

Engaging Gemma was the best decision we made when deciding we wanted to purchase our first home.

From the get-go Gemma informed us about all the options we had. Our journey towards a new home was not the most straightforward and, throughout the whole 11 months it took us to finally find the one, she was consistently able to deliver a really high standard of support and counsel. She guided us through one too many complicated situations, from helping us after being gazumped (which we didn’t even know was a thing!) to helping us find our dream home. She is an exceptional professional who has the ability to make the complicated easy to understand.

Gemma and Toby were also extremely proactive, and would give us some updates regarding better mortgage rates that they had proactively applied for.
