My experience at Kaplan School
My experience at Kaplan School has been amazing. I met many wonderful friends from different countries, and it was a great opportunity to learn about different cultures while improving my English. The teachers and Kaplan staff are truly outstanding. Aaron, Margaret, Katherine, and Emily , Alison, Trevor , Lillian are kind, supportive, and inspiring. They always create a welcoming atmosphere and every student feels comfortable. I am very grateful for my time at Kaplan School. It has been an unforgettable experience.

It has been an incredible experience from start to finish. The school is amazing, and everyone who works there is always kind, supportive, and genuinely willing to help. Whenever you have a problem, they do their best to find the best possible solution for you.
The teachers are outstanding. Their classes are engaging, interactive, and well-structured, making learning both enjoyable and motivating. They create a great atmosphere where you can improve your English while having fun.
The school also organizes fantastic activities for students of all ages. They are not only entertaining but also a great opportunity to meet new people, make friends, and experience the city together.
I’m truly happy that I chose Kaplan Toronto. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality English learning experience.

I went to Dublin with Kaplan during two weeks and it was a super great experience. I had classes with Tiernan and Sophie and I think they are the best teachers for us ! I made a few people from all around the world and I already miss them 🥲

Kaplan : superbe experience !
J’ai été ravie par les cours d’anglais chez Kaplan. L’équipe, aussi bien en France pour le côté vente, que du côté de Toronto, côté scolaire, est superbe ! Très réactive, avenante, au rdv dès qu’on en a besoin. Je recommande vivement Kaplan à tous ceux et celles qui souhaitent améliorer leurs compétences linguistiques.

Bournemouth, wonderful experience
Sono appena rientrata da Bournemouth in Inghilterra per una settimana di full immersion nella lingua inglese. È stata un’esperienza meravigliosa, tutto perfetto, dalla sistemazione presso famiglia, al corso intensivo di inglese presso la scuola Kaplan. Bournemouth è un posto magico, la gente del posto è davvero friendly e la mia host è stata eccezionale, i docenti della scuola davvero in gamba. ❤️

Failure to fulfill commitments and lack of communication
Good teachers and a great location in central London.
But:
- Classes with more than 25 students
- Lack of consistent teachers (3 different teachers in one week)
- 24 hours of classes per week instead of the scheduled 27 hours
- Lack of clarity in the information provided. I missed 3 hours of class during the first week
- Issues reported to Kaplan with no response from them

We're sorry that some aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points:
- Our standard classes are kept below 25 students. The only exception may be some Language in Action workshops, which are interactive sessions and do not have the same class size limit.
- We understand that having different teachers can be disruptive. While teacher changes occasionally occur due to illness or scheduled holidays, we have a handover process in place to help ensure continuity in your learning experience.
- Regarding your timetable, our Intensive course consists of 28 classroom lessons, 4 Language in Action workshops, and 3 online K+ self-study lessons each week, totalling 35 lessons (26.25 hours). It sounds like there may have been some confusion about how these different components are structured, and we're sorry if this was not clear during your first week.
We're also sorry to hear that you missed classes at the start of your course and that you felt your concerns were not responded to appropriately. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
Your feedback has been shared with the relevant team as we continually work to improve both our communication and the student experience. We wish you all the best in your future language learning journey.
