Delivered on time, good communication, product in perfect condition. One thing to point out though is that the delivery is a bit over-the-top - I ordered 5x almost weightless card solar eclipse glasses and they arrived in a large box via a courier and a PIN code to receive the delivery. A small envelope through the post would have more than sufficed.

Great service from Rafael and Ben. DPD as per usuall failed and lied about attempting to deliver an item. DPD being incompetant didnt see our cctv. However, Jessops to the rescue and went above and beyond to help me get my lens before my holiday. This is what professional and caring customer service looks like. DPD is beyond bad.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being served by a very pleasant and knowledgeable young lady at your Meadowhall shop. Georgia was everything we used to expect and get from a professional al shop assistant, but frequently lacking these days. After travelling 76 miles round trip, due to a few disappointing online purchase attempts from other “supposedly reputable companies”, we decided that spending £500 required a face to face shop experience. We were not disappointed. So glad we decided to visit Jessop’s because we left the shop feeling extremely happy both with our purchase and with our service.

Decided to sell my Nikon camera and lens so contacted a number of companies for a valuation. With Jessops website it was very easy to submit details and the valuation was received very quickly. The quotation was significantly higher than the camera company I purchased the equipment from and was not dependent on purchasing something. Their evaluation of the equipment was the same as mine and did not reduce the valuation after physical inspection. The Jessops team, in shop and online, were very professional and made the whole experience straightforward Very happy and would highly recommend them if you have camera equipment to sell

I bought glasses for viewing a solar eclipse. DPD delivered them on the agreed date, but the package was badly damaged. The courier took a photo of it. The box had been stuffed with paper, but the glasses were just shoved down the side, so had little or no protection. Luckily, they seem to be OK, but maybe a bit more care should be taken in future?

I would really recommend this store the staff member that helped me called Adam really made it easy to get what I was looking for. I wanted a camera for wildlife photography and he showed me the difference between lenses and how to use it and answered all of my questions clearly.
