IMO Car Wash Omdömen 

It was not possible to wash the vehicle at your car wash and to this day no one has answered how I can get my money back.

I turn up to wash my car 14:40 There was a sign up saying it was closed for 20 minutes and it would open at 15:00. 15:10 It was still closes and I could see the staff member laying on the grass next to the car wash. I told him the sign says it was opening at 15:00 and it was now 15:10 and I asked how long until it will be open. He told me it wasn't going to open today. What was the point putting a sign up if you know it won't be open.

Fast, QR code worked well, wash was impressive.

Absolutely awful service!!! Would definitely not recommend and will NEVER use this car wash again!.
Rude little man tells me that it's normal for the brushes on the wash to not clean my car properly after it was still dirty where it had missed parts and offered me some spray and a cloth to get the remaining dirt off!! Wouldn't just let me put the car through on a basic wash as in his own words were the fact that he only gets paid 50p per car. Will never go again and will advise everyone not to aswell.

Paid £20 for Ceramic XTR. It didn't even get rid of the mud that was on top of the wheels. The car wasn't too muddy, though.

just really mediocre wash. high prices for general soap and machined brushes

I went to get my car cleaned ready for my daughter's Prom. The wash didn't get all the bits poo off the windscreen or bonnet. I told one of the guys working there and he was not happy, he told me to bring my car to the valet bay where he cleaned some of the poo off. The car was still marked with poo but I didn't have the time or patience to try to argue. This car wash used to be really good with really good customer service but now they don't know what customer service is!!

Auto von innen nass, weil Waschmann zu dicht bei der Vorwäsche und dann auch noch von unten mit dem Hochdruckreiniger an die Fensterdichtungen spritzt.
Ebenso wollte er 2€ extra für felgenreinigung trotz allround-Programm inkl Felgen. Am Ende sind die Felgen natürlich nicht sauber.
Waschergebnis insgesamt sehr sehr schlecht

The wash was fine but offered a free extra wash but this is nowhere to be found

Automated machine with different types of wash and wax defending on price paid by app. They use a jet spray before the car enters but still the conveyor and brushes miss insects and spots on the body chassis tyres and windscreen and need to do those manually after. Dries 80% so need to wipe down manually after. Manual hand wash is best but this is the easy alternative in a rush. Valet service is extra depending on car size

I decided to purchase the ceramic wash at £19.50 after seeing I could have a 'free' £7.50 3-foam wash. The £19.50 wash was OK (despite some moss remaining on the rubber windiw seals - it hadn'tbeen washed for a couole of months or so), but when I pulled up to purchase through the app, I was rushed into doing it and didn't realise how slow the app is to register a purchase. The attendant became frustrated that a car pulled in behind me even though I'd purchased withun one minute, put the wash on and told me to see him afterwards so he could register the purchase via the QR code generated by the app. Even by the end of the wash, the app hadn't worked. I then stood there with him whilst he asked me to pay a second time via debit card, which I was unwilling to do. He physically took my phone off me (very unprofessional and rude) whilst he fiddled with the app doing the same as I was doing and actually clicked 'subscribe' after I specifically told him I did not want to subscribe. I removed my phone from him and cancelled it, annoyed, and frustrated and a few minutes later the app worked and I was able to let him scan it. I have no idea how to get my free wash (of course, it doesn't apoear in the app), but am pained at the overall experience.

Always good service from the operators and a great wash. My car is in constant use (Driving Instructor) and gets dusty in the summer and filthy throughout the rest of the year. IMO helps keep it looking its best for me and my students.
