The car wash was quite good overall however my cars wheels remain slightly dirty even after the wash

Auto wird einfach nur lieblos vorgewaschen nach dem Wachgang nicht richtig sauber Scheiben verschmiert und wenn man das anspricht sagt er was erwarten sie denn für 15 Euro ich muss nur eine andere Wachstraße suchen

Keine Verwaschen, einmal darüber 'gepustet', Felgen schmutzig wie vorher, Auto voller Schaum nach Ausfahrt, herbeigeholter Mitarbeiter sprach nicht mit mir und zucke nur die Schulter, trotz Reklamation. Anmerkung: es war genug Zeit, Regen, ich war der Einzige, 2 Mitarbeiter waren anwesend, also genug Zeit! Das war dann wohl das letzte Mal!

The bonnet was still covered in marks. And the glass was not clear. Not very impressed.

Banner said pay for a ceramic xt and get a free triple foam. But you don’t. Mis sold.

Gute Waschanlage, Auto sauber alles gut

The rewards card was not stamped in the app
The drying rollers prior to the air dryer in the wash were not present which meant my car was not dryer properly

All staff are friendly

It’s scratched my brand new car, paint has been curled off the bonnet in a gouge that will need doing professionally, along with loads of small scratches and marks, my first and last time EVER using. I’m absolutely gutted. My first wash with my brand new car, I though I’d spend the money and get it done at a proper place and it’s destroy it.

No effort put into pre wash before going through the machine wash. A very quick spray and told to move on. The car come out with dead fly marks still all over the car and bonnet. I would rather pay £20 for a hand car wash from now on

Not a very good clean of my alloys, after paying for the best wash you’d expect better. Probably needed a bit more time with the jet wash

Hallo bin sehr enttäuscht
Habe mit Paypal bezahlt und bin. Zu Anlage in Krefeld gefahren konnte aber mein Auto nicht Waschen. Laut Information sei die Anlage Defekt. Der Herr war sehr unfreundlich hat sich gar nicht bemüht eine Lösung zu finden damit ich mein Geld zurück erstattet bekommen kann. Sagte es interessiert mich nicht. Bitte sie das sie mein Geld mir zurück erstatten .

Using the IMO car wash is easy, especially with the app. The attendant at the Jewel Asda was friendly and efficient. The wash and ceramic polish is excellent quality. It is expensive but worth it for a good car wash.
