The manual part of cleaning was awful. It was like a race
When we were entering the automatic car wash terminal the persons standing outside seems like they were in hurry even there was no other cars waiting. And after passing through the automatic wash the water was not fully dried and left stains on the car.
Totally disappointed.

Terrible service
Terrible service, the attendants were rude, impatient and aggressive. Will not be going there again. There was no explanation just straight shouting

Mixed bag
The automatic car wash was very effective. However, understaffed and unable to do a mini valet despite it not being mentioned that booking would be required, so was asked to go back the following day. Went elsewhere instead.

Ganz spontan, super digitalisiert.
Das war echt spontan und mit dem Bezahl QR Code komplett einfach. Der nette Wäscher hat mir noch Wasch Programm Tipps gegeben. Gerne wieder.

The car wash actually broke down while…
The car wash actually broke down while I was in it - but the way the sole worker handled the situation was excellent. He was just working so hard and remained calm and courteous although he was under such a lot of pressure - the whole queue needed to reverse. This is a guy on the minimum wage. Outstanding personal service - received with gratitude. His name is Ali (I think) and he's working in Taunton.
