IMO Car Wash Omdömen 

Good goodness

Very disappointing experience. The staff were unhelpful and provided poor customer service. The car wasn't dried properly after the wash, leaving water marks all over it, making it look worse than expected. Despite the declining quality, the prices keep increasing. Definitely not good value for money.

Had the triple foam wash. Price is £8 which is a ridiculous price for what you get. I park under trees for work so as you imagine the birds make a mess. Some of that mess remained on the car even after the car wash. The wheels were filthy.

As I was coming to the end of the car wash. My car stopped moving forward and the car behind me nearly went into the back of me had I not driven away (I was not at the point in the wash where it tells you to drive btw).

Will not be going back. Very sad as I used to have the membership with this company back in Manchester.

Also, I have tried to use this car wash a few times before after I finished work and everytime without fail they have been closed early and I have driven to an unmanned car wash!

The wash I wanted was not working, I paid by quick pay and wasn't told until arrival, not very helpful

Messy /dirty looking area when you get in. Have to drive through a mound of stones and dirt on one side of the road. Car wash broke down 3 times before I could get through it. Plus my boot won't open since I've been to the car wash. Was fine all day as I was out and about and then on the dash cam the worker makes a loud bang on the boot area that now won't open. And I've had to book in at the garage as it still won't open 3 days later.

Good body & wheel preparation, and excellent deal with Free Wash!

Großzügige Waschanlage mit genügend Plätzen, um das Auto auszusaugen. Die Zahlungsabwicklung per QR-Code ist eine gute Idee, braucht aber eine kurze Eingewöhnung. Auch meine Flottenkarte von DKV konnte ich nutzen. Der Service war sehr kurz angebunden. Das Auto wurde sauber, aber nicht ganz trocken. Rundherum ein gutes Gesamtpaket.

Die App ist gut verständlich und der Service vor Ort sehr gut, die Anlage ist gepflegt.

This is the only drive through car was i will use and even go out of my home town to use it! The staff frequently change each time I go with some using the brush to scrub the dirt off before driving through and some just using the jet wash despite me always purchasing the top wash each time.

Wykupilam pakiet myc, ktory zniknal z aplikacji. Pisalam na maila marketing czekam i do tej pory nie otrzymalam pomocy. 😡 Czy ktos ma podobna sytuacje?

Your QR code directly after paying that you say to show to your operators doesn't work, it took ages for the guys to keep trying then eventually I checked my e mail and that QR code worked. The instructions should state use the QR code in the confirmation e mail and not the one generated when you pay that doesn't work

So quick and easy to use the QR code to pay.
