IMO Car Wash Omdömen 

Left side of my car was still covered in soap had to tell the lad who was very nice about it and sorted it but when I got home the bonnet was patchy and quite a lot of dried sud marks I paid the top price one because I had a christaining to go to later so I went to another car wash much cheaper and a better clean you only got 2stars because the lad was helpful

Does not clean the car enough and leaves all lines down the car not sure if they are scratches or whether I can buff them out.

I came out with bird poo still on my windscreen, spent 10 mins cleaning it off. Think the lads need to pay more attention to cleaning the windows with the brush before it goes through the wash.

The car wash men, are very interesting from this job and answer all questions from the KUNDEN.

Supposed to be a special offer £11 and yet you took £11 and another sneaky £1.

Never got my car washed, after using the app yyour attendant could not connect to my qr code and refused to wash my car even though he saw me paying, utterly disgraceful

Needed to stop afterwards and dry car and wipe away all the smears this after having to top wash £21

It mentioned hand wash prior to wash in machine, the guy squirted my car with soapy stuff and went round squirting something on my wheels. He didn’t use any sponges to wash the car before it went in the machine.
On arriving home, some areas of my car still had soap remnants on it and I had to wipe it myself with a damp cloth. Some ingrained dirt still on my car. Not has good as a manual wash.

No hand wash as stated and the car was still dirty after the finish and for £18.05 totally a rip off.

Auto nass, nicht sauber, Fliegendreck nicht entfernt, Felgen schmutzig wie vor der Wäsche.
12 € für schwache Leistung.
4€ für zusätzliche Felgenreinigung hatte ich mir gespart.
16€ , da sind andere besser!

Very disappointed with my latest visit to Auchmill Road, the washer was dismissive and we didn't get the full 5X we paid for.

The staff are very rude and ignorant

Personal mangelt es an Empathie, Professionalität und Geduld.
Sich bei einem Kunden zu entschuldigen wenn man nicht recht hat wäre nett.
Auch wenn der Kunde nicht auf die Uhr geschaut hat und 2 min vor Feierabend noch nicht das Gelände verlassen hat ist das kein Grund so grob verbal zu erklären das gleich die Polizei kommt ,weil man jetzt eingesperrt wird und man dann sehen muss wie man raus kommt.
Keiner Tip vielleicht 5 min vorher Bescheid sagen und nicht mit dem Motorrad Helm auf dem Kopf skandierend und gestikulierend 2 Mütter mit Kind in die Flucht schlagen.

Easy to select which wash was required and pay.

I paid for an Ultra HD wash, but when going through the car wash I noticed that the jets that spray the wax, pro shield and ultra HD weren’t spraying properly on the left hand side of the car. So I’ve got a car that’s half waxed. You’d expect these car washes to be properly maintained, especially when paying the prices that they charge.
I have to say though, that the attendants are always pleasant and do a really good pre-wash.

Es wäre beim Waschvorgang schön, wenn die Bürsten die Seitenspiegel nicht nach vorne umklappen.
