Always get a friendly greeting at my local wash (Burton upon Trent)

Paid for Ceramic wash, at rinse the ceramic additive wasn’t being dispensed at enough pressure to reach my car. Informed manager and some was applied manually. Staff appeared disinterested and language barrier with workers

The IMO App I find to be cumbersome. However, the washes are great and the local franchise is consistently thorough.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal bei ImmoWash. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die freundlichen und engagierten Mitarbeiter. Trotz des großen Andrangs waren alle sehr nett, organisiert und haben den Ablauf professionell gemeistert. Auch die Bezahlung per QR-Code mit Rabatt fand ich modern und praktisch.

Vom Waschergebnis war ich allerdings enttäuscht. Mehrere Bienenkot-Rückstände wurden trotz Wäsche nicht entfernt, obwohl sie sich anschließend mit leichtem Druck problemlos lösen ließen. Außerdem hat das Trocknungstuch meine Windschutzscheibe stark verschmiert, sodass ich sie im Nachhinein noch einmal reinigen musste.

Zusätzlich fiel mir auf, dass die Bürsten das Fahrzeug nur einmal umlaufen haben. Von anderen modernen Waschanlagen kenne ich eine gründlichere Reinigung mit mehreren Durchgängen.

Insgesamt ein guter Service und freundliches Personal, aber bei der eigentlichen Waschleistung ist aus meiner Sicht noch deutlich Luft nach oben.

the wash is good but the finish is not because there is no cloths at the end to wipe off the water which leaves spots on the car

A poor experience that isn't worth it; after drying the car, cleaning fluid residue remains on the surface, forcing you to clean the vehicle again to avoid damaging the paint.

I have used this car wash for the second time and was once again disappointed. My daughter used this car wash and was also disappointed. If you want a quick clean and don't mind everything it misses, then good for you. For me, I expected much better than it was, particularly given the advertising. No more business from me.

Netter Service aber der Scheibenwischer hinten ist abgebrochen während des Reinigungsvorgangs.

Staff were extremely helpful and i left with a clean car.

My car was still dirty after going through the car wash

Pre cleaning not working, fast and not satisfying, I had much better experience in other facilities.
