My first time , explained with Quick and easy instructions

Waschanlage gat nicht gut gereinigt. Vorreinigung durch Personal nur gefuscht. Zum Schluss der Waschstraße ging Düse noch kaputt. Ich komme nicht wieder

We have used imo for a few years over the last year the standard of products and end result has gone down so will be looking elsewhere in future

Pre paid via the app. When arrived, the operator apparently tried to scan the Qcode and said it wasn’t working. “Only £5 , you pay cash” several times. Told him I don’t carry cash. When I said I would have to reverse out, his scanning machine suddenly started working. I definitely did not get the wash I had paid for. Think it was a scam.

Sehr sehr kurze Vorwäsche! Daher war noch viel Schmutz da. War erst eine Woche vorher da und da war es deutlich gründlicher . Für 20 Euro erwarte ich mehr.

Ich würde etwas schreiben, wenn die Umfrage in deutsch wäre bzw. deutsch als Sprache auswählbar.

Staff were superb, wash looked great. Stubborn bird poop on front corner didn’t move - but I should have soaked that before hand.

An sich ist der Service vor Ort immer total top. Leider werden mir meine Treuepunkte nicht über die App gutgeschrieben.

Das Auto war nach der Wäsche nicht wirklich sauber geworden. Ein Stern ist dafür schon ein Top Bewertung.

EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE + KINDNESS

We had a wonderful experience at IMO Car Wash. This was our first visit, but certainly not our last.

What impressed us most was the exceptional customer service. One of the employees — possibly the manager — went well beyond what we would normally expect. We had a bike carrier mounted on the back of our Audi, and he kindly helped us remove it before entering the wash. He then carried it to a safe spot on the grass while we went through the wash.

When we came out, he brought it back to the car and carefully secured it onto the trailer hitch for us.

It may seem like a small gesture, but this kind of thoughtful, proactive service makes a tremendous impression. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful — exactly the kind of person you want representing a customer-focused business.

Having experienced our share of indifferent service in Germany, it was especially refreshing to encounter someone who clearly understands what good customer service looks like.

The car wash itself was excellent, but it was the **people and the service** that made this visit stand out.

A sincere thank you to the gentleman who helped us. You represented IMO Car Wash extremely well.

Netter und freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Mein PKW wird immer perfekt vor gereinigt und das Auto ist nach der Waschstraße Blitzeblank sauber. Auch die Felgen sind wie neu komme schon länger und bin sehr zufrieden. War auch schon in Mülheim an der Ruhr an der Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. Dort war es auch super toll und ich war sehr zufrieden.

Vorwasche war nicht ausreichend. Nach dem Waschen immer noch Rückstände am Auto.

Paid for one of the top packages. Have a black car so easy to notice when things aren’t right
Water marks all over the passenger side which was there before we used the car wash and didn’t wash off.
