It seems to me no matter the level of wash chosen bits are always missed, pre wash brushing not always carried out. So hence the rating

Good service

Lovely experience, friendly staff and would definitely recommend. My Vauxhall adam came out gleaming and I only had the total wax! A missed patch around the bottom of my car but it goes thru the machine so you can’t really fault it plus you can’t really see it unless your looking for a fault.

Wird nie sauber

The customer service was very good. Sadly, I have always experienced a semi-clean finished product. Particularly around wing mirrors, around door handles and the rear badge of my vauxhall and beneath it as this serves as the boot handle. My alloys have always been quite dirty still after a wash.
On my recent visit I purchased the Ultra HD thinking this would give it an extra clean and the finish was even lower than previous visits.
The main paintwork looks really good around the car at distance, but close up it's obvious the usual spots are missed and in addition, I could still see traces of bird poo across the roof. As I went through the car wash I noticed the machine bent my wing mirrors outwards. No damage caused but concerning as they are quite stiff to fold by hand and I'm a big guy!
Also, I found the long drying strips at the end of the car wash have been removed from its track, so all glass had streaks down them!
It's just a little disappointing. When my car has previously not come out as clean as you would expect, the staff are very helpful in giving those areas a manual clean over but the whole point of a car wash I would have thought is convenience and efficiency.

Went to Coatbridge to use my voucher. Place was shut for maintenance. They are selling time limited vouchers but car wash is not functioning to use the purchased voucher. Seems like a scam to me.

Great staff but Bredbury site has some clogged rinsing nozzles presumably not just due to the eco wash I used.

Didn’t clean very well and had a really bad smell

My car was not cleaned properly. It was streaked with dirty drops of water left in the paintwork. The windows were left really unclean and smeared. All of the machinery and attachments looked dirty and the strips at the end of the car wash were absolutely filthy. I will not use this IMP car wash again and will not recommend. It was a waste of £20

Nonchalant staff , no sense of urgency or trying to reduce the queue.
Paid £9.50 and there was NO DRYING CURTAIN. Left the car wash and car was still very wet so when got home had to chammy it down.
Used facility for speed but never use again with any of my cars

I purchased the £5 wash deal through the IMO app and selected the correct car wash location. When I arrived, I was told that the QR code wasn’t working. The staff advised me to use the QR code another time and pay another £5 using the card machine instead.

I’m not complaining about having to pay another £5 temporarily—it’s the principle of having to pay twice because your QR code wasn’t working. That shouldn’t be the customer’s problem.

What if I hadn’t had another £5 available in my bank account? There were four cars behind me, so I would have been stuck in an embarrassing situation through no fault of my own.

This issue needs to be resolved. If the QR code system isn’t working, there should be an alternative process that doesn’t require customers to pay twice. Please sort out the QR code system and ensure other customers don’t experience the same problem.

Ein cooles Team und am Ende ein schön sauberes Auto, was will man mehr. Der Preis ist auch völlig ok. Wir waschen nur noch bei euch.
