IMO Car Wash Omdömen 

Ich kann mit der App keine Zahlungen durchführen. Jedes Mal sagt der Kundendienst, dass die Zahlung fehlgeschlagen ist, weil die App nicht funktioniert. Ingolstadt

Mitarbeiter freundlich aber Ergebnis durch die Trocknunstücher am Ende nur Schmierereien am Ende. Das Auto ist nicht so sauber wie es sein soll durch die Flecken der Trocknung. Und das beim teuersten Programm

Es wird mit einer vorwäsche geworben, allerdings wurde nur Wasser über das Auto gespritzt vorhergesagt was natürlich jetzt nicht so einen riesigen Effekt hatte. Bei anderen Waschanlagen bekommt man für weniger Geld leider eine generell deutlich bessere Wäsche.wir kommen leider nicht nochmal wieder.

Die Anlage wäscht einfach nicht gut. Ich musste viel nach putzen. Wirklich schade

Leider nur eine 3 von 5 Sternen, weil ich bereits das 2 x in Folge die schwachen Staubsauger (obwohl sehr wenig Besucher)
Hervorstachen.
Euer Aushängeschild sind absolute Qualität in jeder Hinsicht und wir Kunden lieben auch die starken Staubsauger. Das war Mariendorf und ich wechsle wieder zur Siemensstrasse.

Trotz 17 Euro Wäsche war mein Auto hinterher noch immer sehr schmutzig. Das vor mir stehende Auto wurde fast 10 Minuten per Handwäsche vorgereinigt obwohl es gar nicht so dreckig war

Leider ist der leitende Mitarbeiter in Oer-Erkenschwick sehr unfreundlich. Selbst wenn man die teuerste Wäsche erwirbt. Jedes Mal wenn man ihm kein Extra Geld für die Felgen zahlen möchte, bekommt man die kürzeste Vorwäsche der Welt. Unabhängig welches Programm man gezahlt hat…

Wenn ich eine Alternative in der Nähe hätte, würde ich den Laden nie mehr nutzen. Wenn jemand immer wieder so unfreundlich mit seinen Kunden umgeht, sollte man sich vielleicht einen anderen Job suchen….

During my visit, while still inside the car wash machine and approaching the drying section, I noticed that my left wing mirror had folded. When attempting to correct it, I accidentally pressed the button that opens the boot. To prevent any damage, I immediately put my car in park to ensure the boot would not hit the dryer above. Unsure whether it was safe to exit the vehicle, I asked a member of staff to assist by pressing the button from outside.
After managing to step out, the manager or team leader approached and made the following comment: "Why did you open the boot?" I responded, "What kind of a stupid question is that? Do you really think I would purposely press the button while stuck inside the machine?" He then walked away without saying anything further.
Once outside, I requested to speak to the manager, only to discover that the same individual was in fact the person in charge. I then asked for a dry cloth to remove the remaining water marks on my car, as the machine had stopped mid‑cycle. When I opened my door, an assistant informed me that the cloth provided was only for the exterior and that he could not give me one for the interior. I reminded him that my car had not been fully dried due to the interruption, but he repeated the same refusal. I explained that if I were paying for a full valet, the cloth would be used inside the car, yet he still declined.
This entire interaction demonstrated poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and no willingness to assist a customer in a difficult situation. As Beckton is my nearest IMO car wash, I am extremely disappointed by the experience.

Personal wie immer sehr freundlich. Wäsche geht schnell und recht gut 👍🏻.

Alles unkompliziert und günstig.

Had the ultra HD wash on my reasonably clean care. After the wash had finished I still needed to clean my wheels and re-clean parts of the car l. The left side of the car was not cleaned properly and it seemed the that the brushes and equipment on the left were not as good as on the right hand side.

It was very good

Good service, staff.

No communication and despite paying more for a better clean there was still marks from flies on the front of the car

Waxy water marks all over the car and windows and the staff were more interested in chatting to each other than pay attention to the customers
