Staff are friendly always have a smile and do a good job

They checked the app and the car was looking very clean after and the rain protection does a great job of helping the rain slide off your car which is a good bonus. The person who works there is very polite and is good at directing you what to do with a good attitude. Excellent service

The option to scan the app to get a discount is excellent. However, the attendant could hardly speak a word of English. After I'd paid for my car wash, I noticed some car air fresheners. I asked for one and asked what the fragrances were. This question couldn't be answered due to the language barrier. So I ended up with one I wouldn't have bought.

Car wash was ok, got a special offer price so not bad value. Fella on duty was asleep in his car when I got there (11:45am) and woke with a fright when I beeped the horn as there was no one around. Then looked thoroughly miffed that he’d been woken up 😂

Really swift service, even on a busy Sunday afternoon! Really pleased with the level of cleaning and price!

Customer service was terrible. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I paid via the scan facility and that was a quick and positive experience. Then I was met with hostility by the man who was spraying the car wheels before I went into the car wash. I have been using this service for at least 5 years so knew the instructions but was rudely yelled at. I was in an automatic car so taking the break off Hold. This man treated me so badly that I told him it was extremely rude and was upset.

Paid for a eco plus. Didn’t get the hand wash. They just wanted to get the cars through and didn’t care about it cleaning properly.

Auto ist nicht richtig sauber geworden, nach Reklamation meinte der Mitarbeiter nur, dass es ja hier keine Autoaufbereitung wäre, dann war er auch wieder weg... Mein Auto wies normalen Schmutz auf, von einer 15 Euro Wäsche darf man doch erwarten, dass das Auto danach sauber ist... Es wurde seitens des Mitarbeiters auch nicht angeboten, dass ich nochmal durchfahren darf. Eigentlich 0 Sterne, hier werde ich mein Auto nicht noch einmal waschen lassen, da gibt es bessere Alternativen mit mehr Service und Freundlichkeit!

Quick turnaround efficient staff.

It’s so easy and cheap to go and wash your car at this facility - honestly I’m sold , as any time I can also choose a different level of service as the car requires it.

The staff was rude. I arrived six minutes early and just as closing time was approaching. He shut the gate on me without even bothering to block the entrance. When I asked why he hadn’t blocked it he simply replied “so what?” He also told me I was going home at 5. I had to reverse out of the lane which was dangerously curved and uphill. Reversing with a two-year-old baby in the car was pretty challenging and dangerous.

15£ car wash, and after 20 min when it is completely dry car covered with white spots. Looks more dirty than before.So I have to go to hand car wash to wash again. Waist of money

Good local services, still think the cost is a little high comparing from before COVID. However, cost reflects growing salary costs and happy to help that! If company's profit margin starts increasing then I might reconsider! Always polite and effective staff 👍

I think customers support can make better

Ich habe die App geladen und mich registriert.
Leider kann ich mich nicht anmelden. Es kommt die Fehlermeldung, dass entweder mein Passwort oder mein Benutzername falsch sind.
Das Passwort wird automatisch von meinem Apple iPhone vergeben und bei der Anmeldung automatisch ausgefüllt.
Außerdem erhalte ich auch die Mitteilung, dass diese App für mein Land (Deutschland,Bayern )
und für meine Region nicht zugelassen ist, 
Schade, es wäre eine sehr brauchbare, informative und gut aufgebaute App.


Benötigte Hilfe vom Personal, welche mir auch gewährt wurde. Ansonsten top wie immer.
