Thorough and efficient

Really great pre clean by staff then car wash machine.

I was completely dissatisfied; they're outright scammers. I paid £19 and they only cleaned the outside of the car in the machine; it wasn't even hand-washed, but they had previously done a full interior and exterior cleaning for £23. I don't recommend them. They even asked for £15 for the interior. They just set their own prices.

This is the second time I have paid for the Ceramic XTR wash and the foam has not come out at all.

I raised this with the manager/owner, but he refused to let me go through the wash again. He said it would come out of his own pocket and told me to submit a complaint to head office if I wanted a refund.

I found his attitude rude and dismissive. Also, the brushes in the drive-through leave swirl marks on the car body, which is very disappointing for a premium car wash service.

A staff at wash talked me through downloading IMO app and purchasing my wash package in advance. Very patient and helpful staff.

My car was damaged at the front and missing the front badge. What came off during the wash. It’s a sort of thing you cannot miss as it’s a big part of the front of the car. I drove straight from the carwash and went out when I arrived. That’s when I noticed it was missing. I rang them a number of times leaving messages and my phone number and never had a return call.
I was very disappointed. I am hoping someone will read this and and get back to me.

The wheels don’t was clean properly, dirt rest on, around the back number plate

Went on Monday 4th May in the afternoon there was a problem with the car wash but nobody came to explain how long it would take to repair. Was still letting cars in . Poor customer service

The car is definitely cleaner than it was, but there are still some parts that could have been done better. The car wash also pushed my wing mirror backwards, which although was easily sorted feel that it shouldn’t happen. The main concern was the interior clean and the windscreen after them cleaning it is smeary especially when in the sunlight. No issue with the staff, as minimal interaction. The

I went for the wax plus and I was very disappointed as the car was soaking wet and still dirty inparts

Cars packed too close in the wash. Wheels brush is broken and then was removed. They have increased the speed of the conveyer. And finally they have taken off the drier curtain off. The prices are going up and the quality of wash is going down!!!

I turned up and i asked for rain guard. I went in expecting it to be shiny and clean and come out and it looked like the same as i went in, windows was still smeared and the car wasnt even that clean. It looked like it has rain drops on it so i had to re wash it. Fuming paid £13

The price is affordable. The quality is not bad but not perfect.

Quick and convenient if you don’t expect an amazing job! Water marks still all over car and doesn’t reach every dirty spot
