Quick, simple and reasonable. The inly issue is the drop marks of the polish on the glass.

Service ist nicht zu beanstanden, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Organisation der Gratis-Staubsauger-Nutzung ist einziger Kritikpunkt. Steht gratis dran, muss aber mit einer Wertmarke aktiviert werden. Das geht in der benachbarten Waschstraße viel einfacher.

The attendant was polite and efficient even in the current heat wave. So most of the starts are for that. My car was pretty clean after but still have marks and bits left in places and on my windscreen after the Total Wax package.

Alloys weren’t throughly cleaned, car wasn’t very dry coming out of the wash so left with lots of dry water marks/drips

There was a guy working there and he was so rude and impatient. This was my first time in this car wash and the way I was treated was nothing short of disgusting! I will never be back and more to the point I will be sharing my experience with everyone I speak to!! I sent an email stating I would like to raise a complaint and that wasn’t replied to. This says a lot about your customer service.

These guys are good on price, service and wash quality.

I on purpose skip Sainsbury's car wash to go to IMO because their equipment is better and I enjoy the hybrid between hand car wash and machine washed

Good location, staff could be a bit more thorough on the pre wash.

Triple Wash gives a nice shine to my metallic red car. Comes out great.

Was unimpressed with finish. Smears remained on car. Some areas missed. Hand car wash may be more but better quality

the same as it did the last time i used the car wash
the wheels were not spray with the white detergent which meant that the inner part of the wheels were still dirty,
the front and rear screen were not brushed which left the front screen with fly's not cleared .
This the second time this has happened .

Car isn’t clean in the slightest, was not a good job. Normally it is quite reasonable but I paid more this time for what seems like a worse job.
