IMO Car Wash Omdömen 

Always use this car wash the staff are polite friendly and very professional. The cleaning process is very good. Love how clean my car is when finished.

Easy to go through but the alloy wheels were still dirty at the end of the triple wax wash

Die Bezahlung per QR Code finde ich überflüssig. Das hält länger auf als Bar- oder Kartenzahlung. Das Waschergebnis war okay, kostenloses saugen auch.

Sehr gründliche Vorwäsche durch die Mitarbeiter.
Vielfältiges Angebot verschiedener Programme.
Freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter.

Great car wash. My car was completely dirty and it came out of the machine clean. I added manual wheels intensiv clean for 5eu which was great (no need on regular basis though, IMO).
Nice Staff.
Would give more than only one coin to use the afterwash vacuum.

Got what is considered the best wash and it continues to have marks on the outside of the car coming out of the car wash. For that price I wouldn’t expect any dirt to be left.

It could have dryed the car better in my opinion as I had water marks all over the paintwork. Maybe get a bigger and stronger blower and someone at the end to dry anything it didn’t get

There is always something not working in this car wash. I cant completely dry the car. Totally useless

I attended the IMO car wash on Newport Road in Cardiff today after an incident with a bird relieving themselves on the roof of my car. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with orders from a man, not one bit of politeness. I advised I just wanted the basic option to clean the birds mess off the roof of my car, this advertised at £6. The man began to argue and almost telling me the only one I can have is the £8.50 (I think, but definitely over £8). This was disgusting and borderline criminal. The man was rude and argumentative,  I stated several times I just wanted to clean the mess off the roof, why advertise £6 basic if you almost refuse to provide it?

The man then said £6 but im not putting any soap in it, again with attitude. Terrible service but you cant even call it a service. 

After it still had birds mess on the roof.

Gute Arbeit der Mitarbeiter und der Waschanlage. Egal welche Waschanlage.
Nur mit der App hab ich so meine kleine Probleme. Zu viel hin und her in der App. Für mich unübersichtlich. Wenn man das täglich macht ist es sicher einfacher.

Wasn’t clean enough like my first time.
