I requested a a Kia k5 when I booked it…
I requested a a Kia k5 when I booked it on the hertz number, agent said it would be guarantee to have one , as this is the second time I have booked specific class and gotten which was an Altima or similar on both occasions I was given a Kia k4 which was not in the class I requested . When I queried this with the vendor I was informed we don’t have that class at this location and havnt for almost a year so why was it showing that it did , and why did hertz not inform me of it .

Very upset today
Very upset today. I show up at the Hertz location to pick up my car at the designated time and there are no cars available in my Mid Size SUV category. So, I request for a bigger car at no charge but the lady Sam wanted me to pay $150 more for the bigger car. So sad and upsetting. This is how you treat your President Circle Members. What about my loyalty to Hertz for all these years?
