The lady at the counter was super nice…
The lady at the counter was super nice and kind. Very good at her job. But the car itself was filthy. There was a huge dead bug on the front of the car. It smelled like someone had smoked in it previously. We didn’t have time to change or complain we were on a tight schedule. It was disappointing. The window wiper fluid was also very low that it kept pulling up a message about it on the screen as I got a minute down the road!

LDW was not part of the original quoted online price. 221 dollars more was not what I expected.
A business profile of 7 years ago activated the LDW
(I am assuming this is the case, or something else activated the LDW). I only use my personal credit card (AMX) for personal car rentals, which cover the car insurance deductible, if in a accident. Otherwise, I am fully insured. So basically, I lost 221 dollars for nothing.
