Hertz - Seattle - Aurora Avenue N Omdömen 

The customer service was great but the vehicle itself had issues. It wouldn't start when we attempted to exit a ferry boat. The display mentioned something about the system needing a reset. Eventually the problem was solved by googling starting problems with 2026 Jeep Cherokees. We were the first car in line on the ferry car row. Needless to say there were several people behind us that were not pleased with our 20-minute delay situation. We drove to the hotel and prayed it would start in the morning. (Which it did)

Giving the two gentlemen who helped me a big shout out. Despite logistical difficulties, they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my partner with our reservation. People have been pretty harsh with the staff here, with little consideration to the facts on how the industry works. Please continue to support this location.

I was never told it will be a convenience fee when there is a toll. The staff failed to mention it at the counter. And $9.99 convenience fee a day!!! That is just ridiculous!!!!!

Been a President’s Club level customer for several years now. Seen service level ever decreasing in general. And have had especially un-ideal experiences at the 143rd and Aurora location. The company won’t help by increasing staffing levels to quicken services.

Initially they couldn’t find my 4pm reservation. Then was politely chastised for coming in at 430.
Then they couldn’t find a car in my booked size.. Then they realized a vehicle in my booked class was returned. Then they had to clean it.

The manager himself stayed after closing to give it a vacuum. No car wash though. So honestly I’m conflicted. Not the best pickup experience but it did work out. Though I didn’t leave till 515, 45 min after arriving and over an hour after the reservation time, the guys at this location were polite and did work hard to get me in a great vehicle in the class I had booked,

I rented the car for 4 days but had to pay for one week plus a penalty. It is mistake to rent from Hertz,

The tires on the rental were bald and an hour after heading out from Washington to Texas, the engine maintenance light came on notifying that the engine oil change was overdue. We experienced torrential rains throughout the journey and the front end of the Pacifica would fishtail.

The staff at the office on Aurora Ave were great.

The lone staffer was terribly rude. Lied and said he should have cancelled the reservation because he can only hold it for one hour. Showed him the two hour policy on the app and he just scoffed. Made it unnecessarily feel like he was doing me a favor by even processing my reservation. I'm paying for his salary, you should remind him of that. Last time I'm booking with Hertz
