We were initially disappointed that the Kia Carnival MPV+Hybrid was not available, even though we had been given to understand that it was one of the most common cars they had available for large groups. However, the cars they gave us to choose from (an Oldsmobile and the Volkswagen Atlas) were not bad. We chose the Atlas and found it to be a clean, comfortable, and very fuel efficient car. The drop-off was very easy when we returned and we received our receipt the very next day. Thanks!

Car had bald tires.
I picked up a rental car at 4:45 PM with a completely bald tire that was also very low on air. By the time I pulled out and noticed the tire pressure issue, I turned around to return to the location, only to find that the store had already closed.
I then spent a significant amount of time making multiple phone calls and trying to figure out how to get the vehicle swapped. The entire process was a maze and ultimately caused me to miss an event.
Renting a car to a customer with a completely bald, low-pressure tire is unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns. It also shows a lack of care for your customers and the condition of the vehicles being rented to them.
I have left multiple emails and phone calls to Hertz. However, they have not returned any of my calls and have not tried to make it right any sort of way.

Staff was good. The car was clean. However it was a Jeep SUV which was not the car I ordered. I was told it was the only SUV available. The car was comfortable but handled very poorly. I did not like driving the car and would never rent one again.
