I wanted to purchase 500 points. I called the number you list on the website to call to do so. 888-999-4900. I get the virtual assistance who says I can't purchase points. I then ask for a agent or representative. The virtual assistance then says I will transfer you to a person who can help you purchase points even though It just said i can't purchase points It then transfers me to an actual individual who then says I am customer service and need to transfer you to who can help you purchase points. I then get a person who starts talking about an upcoming reservation which I didnt have any reservations coming up. I get put on hold for several minutes and then she says I can't help you since the system is down and why don't you call back in an hour. At this point I have been on the phone for 15:44 minutes. She then says I can call you back when the system comes back up.
Your system for purchasing points used to be very simple.
