Hertz - Memphis - Getwell Road Omdömen 

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the repeated issue of being given rental vehicles that smell strongly of marijuana. This happens every single time I rent a vehicle, and despite reporting the issue and complaining on every occasion, nothing seems to change.

I was under the impression that smoking in rental vehicles was prohibited under company policy. If that is the case, I want to know how these vehicles continue to be returned to circulation with such a strong, lingering odor.

This is more than an inconvenience. The smell clings to my clothing and causes me to experience terrible migraines. I should not have to deal with these conditions, especially when I am paying for a rental vehicle and have repeatedly brought this problem to your attention.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I continue to report the issue, yet I find myself dealing with it again and again. At this point, the repeated complaints without a meaningful resolution are unacceptable.

I expect this matter to be taken seriously. Please explain what steps are being taken to prevent vehicles with marijuana odors from being rented to customers and what you intend to do to resolve this ongoing problem.

I am tired of having to complain about the same issue every time I rent a car. This needs to be addressed, not simply acknowledged.

The person working the counter couldn’t get off his personal phone long enough too really help us. After he finished with the rental agreement and other paper work he pointed out the window and said “That’s your car.” He didn’t bother to walk out with us to inspect the car. The car was filthy, it was dirty and the front end and mirrors were coated with bugs. The interior had barely been vacuumed out. I couldn’t hardly see out of the windows because of the haze and film. I had to clean every window in the car when I got home. The windshield washer reservoir was also empty. The wiper blades were also worn out.

Brilliant service

Iwas disappointed because I didn't get the car that i reserved. I got some things more expensive. They said that they didn't have any cars. The lots was full of cars. The response was Uber &etc. Dissatisfied.

Ms. Kaleena has always made my rental experience stess free. I followed her to this location from her previous one because of her great customer service and personality.

unbelievable. my car was rented by insurance after my wreck. i got the car for a couple of weeks and i was only responsible for a 50.00 deposit. i was told to return the car with the same amount of gas i left with and i did that. i returned the car and a man that was morbidly huge assisted me. i reported that a sensor light came on for a tire even though the pressure it the tire was good. we walked outside to make the report and the guy couldn't breathe. he was basically unable to speak so he didn't. we went back in without him saying anything. 20 min later i said can i go now? he said "you coulda done been gone". so my ride came and i left. i woke up this morning and 415.00 is out of my bank account that i approved 50.00 deposit on. im livid. im overdrawn. i called customer service and hertz customer service cannot tell me why i was charged. they have to escalate it and couuldn't tell me how long it would be for me to be contacted back. terrrible service. now im in financial distress. i honestly believe if a different associate had assisted me i would not be in this situation. does anyone know this guy is working there with his health issues causing him to become so out of breathe when h e has to walk that he literally cannot speak and ttherefore, he doesn't?

The car was absolutely disgusting and filled with cigarette smoke. The car was not filled up all the way with fuel, so I was told by customer service to return it at the same level. Then I was charged a fuel charge for doing exactly what they told me to do.

Getwell Hertz location is hands down the best location. Management and customer service agents are superior. Thanks to Ari and Octavia for going beyond the call of duty.

The team at this location is the definition of great customer service. Ari was great from the very first interaction over the phone; as a new customer, she explained everything I would need in person. Although there was a line when I arrived, they helped everyone expeditiously with care. I’m so happy I found this location and a team of hard working people on Getwell!!!

Great team at this location. They work hard to accommodate customers and do a very good job of it.
