I needed a one-way rental
I needed a one-way rental. The price for this was extraordinary high. My estimate it should have been cloaer to 300... the cost was near 500.

Great service people
Making the reservation was easy and extending the rental was a snap. Picking up the rental and dropping it off had me feeling like I would like to use their services again because each representative I dealt with were friendly, courteous, and polite

Imaginary parking fines that can’t be documented, shown or proven to even exist?
Rental was really good but Hertz has later charged me for two parking tickets that doesn’t seem to exist…
I rented a carin Manchester and during my 4-5 days i got a parking fine (70£) which was paid on the same day.
But Hertz suddenly made up two additional fines and charged me 2 x 102 £ but when asking their customer support they can’t document or provide any proof or info about these imaginary parking fines…
Daylight robbery!
