Hertz - Kenosha - 75th Street Omdömen 

Very quick service. Terms explained thoroughly. Great car.

Over the past two weeks, I rented from Hertz on 75th Street in Kenosha twice, and both experiences were disappointing.
The first time, I was told I was late and that my reserved vehicle was unavailable. I received a different, dirty car with window marks and poor gas mileage.
The following week, I arrived on time after changing my pickup time, but my reserved vehicle was again unavailable, but i see one on the lot. The car showed 201 miles until empty at pickup and 217 at return, yet I was still charged an additional fuel fee.
Each visit felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Two consecutive poor experiences, including vehicle substitutions and questionable charges, are unacceptable. I hope management addresses these concerns and improves customer service.

Customer service was great in a time of other companies are so so. Devin the manager was very thorough and very patient as he was the only one on the premises he was in control of every aspect dealing with other customers he was friendly and made the whole transaction great from start to finish.
We are new customers to hertz in Kenosha from now on. Thank you Devin Arthur

The check engine oil light came on. :(

The 2023 Tesla Model 3 that I rented was in poor shape. The interior showed wear inconsistent with a 3 tear old vehicle. The steering wheel cover was ripped off on the left side. This car looked beat up.

Outstanding service, cars were super clean and the prices were very fair. Quick pickup and drop off ...pain free!!

Paid for services that didn’t work the whole trip!! There is a reason it is called Hertz, because it hurts to rent a car from them!! 😣

Paid for the unlimited tolling package only to find out it is not accepted in any of the toll roads we used. Before rental inspection performed after we had car. 500 dollar deposit on a Visa Credit card. And just all around poor customer service. Will not use again.

I had a reservation with Enterprise. When I showed up to pick up the vehicle, they told me they did not have one available. I reached out to the Kenosha Hertz location, and they were able to put me in the same class of vehicle that I had reserved with Enterprise, immediately. They could see I was flustered, thanks to Enterprise wasting my time, but they had me on the road within minutes.
Then upon return, I was driving back from Kentucky, and ran into heavy traffic in Indianapolis and Chicago (not rush hours), which delayed me in getting the car back on time. I called to let them know, and even though I was about 1/2 hour late, they didn’t charge me for another days rental. I feel their competitor would have taken advantage of my tardiness. So, I was very grateful for their compassion and understanding.
Thank you very much to the guys at Kenosha Hertz!! I would recommend them to anyone. 😊
