A Car in Need
I didn't know if I would get a credit by dropping the vehicle off the night before Rather than 8am the next morning. I got a full day charge reversed! Good Stuff Hertz!

the person that waited on me was rude…
the person that waited on me was rude and only wanted the money. Not helpful at all. Worst experience ever. Not willing to help or offer discounts. I am a senior and both my daughter and i have AAA auto and also have AARP. nothing was ever offered and also got charged an extra day because they are closed on Sundays and there is no key drop off.

Good Experience
Easy to reserve and pickup/Drop-off. My only complaint is when turning the A/C on, white powdery flakes blew out and got all over the car and in my eyes.

Requested an Awd 4wd full size suv
Requested an Awd 4wd full size suv. Was given a mini van with only front wheel drive yet there was a suburban at the location that fit the class of vehicle I actually paid for . When I request a certain class of vehicle there is a reason for it . On top of this the first van I was given had a check engine light on and they had to switch me to another vehicle .
