Rented the Mid size Suv for 2 days, Got charged $305.00 When I came to return the office was closed, Which I did know about it, I was 7 minutes late according to their time of closing, No Drop Box at this location, Now they are charging me another $400 dollars as they are closed on Sunday for an extra 2 days, My total now is $705. for 4 days rental, What a rip Off, I own hotels and was going to sign a corporate contract, Hell No! If this is the way they treat people, I will not give them any business in the future EVER! Extremely disappointed, Shame on Hertz and the staff who runs it.

the cars are always given without a full tank of gas. that makes it hard to know how much to refill. GAS AINT CHEAP

DONT BOTHER WITH A RESERVATION!
i reserved a car june 1st full size went to pick it up, no full size car they said they UP GRADED me to a suv nissian kicks, if i wanted a suv i would has
i reserved CAR 2 WEEKS BEFORE pick up date i reserved a full size car nissian maxima they said they upgraded me to a suv (nissian kicks) if i wanted a suv i would have reserved one. They said i can call and see if one was returned?! why bother reserving a car when you cant get what you want. the counter girl was very RUDE about the whole thing! never again will i rent thru HERTZ

Poor Attitude and Worse Service! When I parked my vehicle at home
When I parked my vehicle at home, the low battery for the key fob warning light came on. When I went back to the office to get it fixed, they did not have a replacement battery. Their attitude was “take your chances, there’s nothing we are going to do to help you”. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was at another office and she would not do anything either. They said that nobody would go out and get a new battery, but I could get one and they would reimburse me. They made it abundantly clear that they would do nothing else. So I had to walk to three different stores before I found the correct battery, which they put into the key fob.
