I saw a holiday on face book with yourselves I spoke to scarlett from Wisbech who went out if her way to help me sort out a different holiday (to the one i originallysaw ) in the end and knew I worked shifts and hard it was for me to go into store or look at the holidays straight away Sent me them over to see what I thought even when scarlett was on her days off the staff members would message me back and let me know scarlett wasn't in that day! Looking forward to our holiday next year!

Great service again
Popped into the Wisbech branch yesterday to pick up some currency ready for my trip to Berlin next week. Picked up a currency card while I was there which was sorted out quickly.
While I was there I enquired with Scarlett regards a possible trip to Prague next year. After giving her my brief for what I wanted she came up with a perfect hotel right in the middle of Prague so booked it on the spot!!

My 1st time booking a holiday for my family i used Hays in wisbech where I met a lovely lady whom not only sorted my holiday but beat the previous price I was given so I ended up with a all inclusive holiday pluse parking for less than my original quote with another travel company im very happy and I do highly recommend Hayes travel wisbech

On opening the door we were greeted with a warm welcome and a smile.
The staff, were engaging with us, before they started the process of looking and booking.
Nothing too much trouble, when we asked various questions.
Even offered to download our boarding passes.
Definitely recommend and will use again
