Paula at Whitehaven Hays the lady who found the holiday we were looking for could not have been anymore helpful if she tried, she was professional, friendly and explained everything we asked. We actually had a small problem when we arrived home with regards to viewing our booking online, so we rang the Whitehaven branch, spoke to Paula and she sorted out our problem in less than 1 minute, she was fantastic.

Nothing was ever a hassle, Paula kept us up to date with changes and kept on looking until we were happy with all the details.
