A good first impression.
from the moment I first entered Hays at Wellingborough, was met with a warm welcome and a curiosity of what I was looking for, without being demanding. At first the holiday we were looking for was not available, but we were reassured that as soon as 2027 holidays were ready we would be informed. Spot on. Maddy was as good as here word, and within 2 days of her call our holiday for May 2027 was booked. Thank you for a very efficient customer service.

We aren't very good at booking holidays online so myself & my friend for the last two years have booked our holiday to Turkey at Hays Travel

Booking the holiday
Morag took on our booking for a group of 6 efficiently, grasping the complexities of the group quickly and making sure that all the individual needs were catered for with Mercury Holidays. Hopefully, there won't be any issues when we go on holiday.

Thank Ella Grace and Maddy at the Wellingborough branch with booking flights and a hotel to Lisbon. Plus transfers to the hotel. Both provided a great service. Pleased with the booking on flights service and being able to select seats. It is Great Hays offer personal face to face service and print off the paperwork. Very helpful staff
Maddie was very helpful while I was booking a trip to New York. As were all the staff in the store. The booking process was easy and they followed up with checks at the hotel and came back to me.
