We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Our travel agent was very helpful, attentive, and took all the stress out of our research and planning . She listened carefully to what we were looking for and found us a choice of perfect holidays within our budget. Great communication between us. Taking the stress out of sourcing a holiday definitely will be using them again
From entering the shop the assistant manager grace put us at our ease and found 3 potential holiday locations .We had spend days trawling the internet but had not been able to secure a holiday. But within 45 minutes we had selected a holiday and grace had arranged for airport parking taken details of passports and arranged to have a call to arrange a time and day to collect all the paperwork flight tickets and holiday vouchers . A one stop place to have a great holiday experience.We will definitely be using them again

Our visit went smoothly owing to the competence of the staff manager Caitlin who served us and booked our holiday and hotel for us.She had now three other members of staff in the office which was good as there has often been just one at previous visits.Caitlin always tries to assist my friend and I as we are both old ladies with limited knowledge of computers etc.If rest of staff modelled on her you won’t go wrong.
