I arrived just before lunch closure but my travel agent immediately welcomed me and was willing to help. He immediately got down to business and was polite, helpful and patient with me and listened carefully to my requests and requirements and managed to sort me out so I would always recommend Hays Travel to anyone.

We met with Kate in the Tiverton office who had made some enquiries on our behalf about a cruise.
She was very well informed ,helpful and made the booking process straight forward.
