Exemplary Service and support
All of the staff in the Tavistock branch are without doubt 'Excellent'. Their knowledge and awareness of the tourism market has always proven second to none. Here is a travel agency that provides you with multiple options based on what you want and not what they want you to have, unlike others.
Having recently had the worry of a Danube cruise with no water to float the boats in, they were on top of the problem every step of the way. Our requests were dealt with speedily and we did not have to worry when we wanted to change our dates with Viking due to the current situation, they did it all without any worry to ourselves.
I can truely say that I have never had better service from any other Travel Agent. There should be an extra option on the star rating that says 5 star plus.
If you want to book a holiday with people who truely care, Hays Travel Tavistock has to be your first and only port of call.

Booked my holiday easily, quickly and exactly how and where I wanted it. Stacey was polite, cheerful, and efficient. (Saw the holiday advertised in the window and hadn't intended to go away at that time of year, but was enticed into the shop.) Used this branch many times and it was nice to be recognised, with all my information already held in the system.
