Stacey made our holiday experience perfect. When we contacted Hays we felt we were asking the impossible as my wife and I were looking for a full holiday package in Pafos, Cyprus, starting the next day. But Stacey was great and made it all very easy for us. She was very professional and seemed to understand all our needs. She showed us and talked us through all the options and booked everything including parking, shuttle, flights, transfers and a beautiful all inclusive hotel. Tickets were all in our hands within 2 hours. Stacey was amazing and we had the most fantastic holiday. The hotel, staff, food, facilities and location in Pafos were perfect for us. We will definately be giving Stacey a call next time we plan to holiday abroad.

Contacted Stacey whilst cruising the Mediterranean with details of another cruise we’d found whilst onboard Stacey got straight to work and kept in contact throughout within 3hrs due to message delays on my part we were all booked and secured she’d also managed to beat there price and got us extra OBC with our vetrans ID card absolute fantastic personal service i felt all round well done Hay’s Travel and not forgetting Stacey😎

We have booked several holidays with Stacey now, and wouldn't book with anyone else. Her attention to detail is second to none and she has totally excelled herself this time. I contacted her several months ago to arrange a surprise holiday to Thailand for my hubby's 5oth birthday. And she certainly delivered. She arranged everything from the private transfers to all our excursions. She has been regularly in contact with me throughout the whole process and even when it was a little sketchy with the trouble in the east regarding our flights she kept me updated and knowing how important this holiday was she helped rearrange flights so it would go ahead without any setbacks. Would highly recommend stacey.
