The lady we spoke to was really helpful and we sorted the holiday quckly

Kate was excellent and very very patient and understanding. We really did not know where we wanted to go, we just had a few rough dates and an approximate budget, but Kate went out of her way to find us a holiday that suited our needs, even to the extent of having to put up with a melt down from my wife who got upset because we couldn't find a suitable holiday, but she took that in her stride. Very pleasant, understanding, caring individual for one so young, Hay's have found a Gem there. To be fair, all the staff in Hay's travel have always been really helpful and knowledgeable when we go in there to book a holiday, we would not go anywhere else.

Our first visit to Hays Travel was a speculative wonder in looking for a last minute break to get away. We were greeted by staff member James. With very little information from us he conjured up some great opinions. Very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. Cruising was an option for 2027 and James found us a great offer in The Med in January. He also found us a few land based possibilities in Oct. With absolutely no pressure he printed the details and suggested we took the information away for further consideration. Next few days James kept in touch fine tuning the holidays and particularly did a great job with our cruise departure. A few days later we were with him again and he made the booking process for our cruise in January and a 7 night October trip to our favourite Gran Canaria effortless on our side. We really appreciate the time James invested for us which made us feel there and then our holidays had started. He put the fun back into holiday hunting again. Service above and beyond. We will definitely be back in the future.
