Exceptional friendly customer service
This is the 2nd time I have used Ryan at Hays Travel to book my holiday. The service is exceptional and he responds immediately with a comprehensive form to complete with all your holiday requirements. The response time is excellent and the price he offers always beats booking direct with the tour operator

Great Booking Experience
Once again Ryan & his team have made booking a holiday stress free. I completed the online enquiry form and immediately received an automated acknowledgement followed by a detailed quote. I had further questions answered quickly. As it was a cruise I was booking Ryan ensured I was aware of the location of various cabins and we discussed further until I was sure of the cabin location I required. Excellent pricing. Great service and communication
Yet again Ryan booked my holiday at a great price. Ryan was extremely patient whilst I had to keep checking with others I was going on holiday with. I know from my past experiences booking with Ryan that any queries I may have are always answered promptly.
I did check with another company but Ryan always beats the prices I get, thank you Ryan. I'm looking forward to another family holiday at a good price in a great hotel.
