Always a great experience with the team at Hays in Rugeley. They gave me some advise about booking a river cruise on the Friday, then we went back in and booked with them on the Tuesday!

The travel agent ( michelle) went above and beyond
The travel agent ( michelle) was amazing.
I would 100% much rather deal with a person than doing it online.
Michelle took ages to find me the right holiday and she is worth her weight in gold.
Super friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
