So good to be accessed on the high street
I am so pleased that Hays has travel agents on the high street. I have not traveled for many years and I did not want to book online as I do find it tiresome and am not confident I will not make a mistake. The staff and the atmosphere in the store is friendly , relaxed and welcoming. I got answers to all my questions and felt assured that all arrangements were without error. I am due to pick up my ticket tomorrow and hope that my confidence in the staff and systems remain high

I booked a trip to Kefalonia with Helen at the Rickmansworth branch. I found her extremely helpful when choosing the hotel and the flights. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The rest of the staff ,Geoff and Gemma, were also helpful in helping us make our choice of destination. Geoff was very helpful with his local knowledge of the island and it's restaurants and places of interest. The hotel was beautiful with a large swimming pool, beautiful room and sea views. We were personally collected from the airport and taken to the hotel. Shah was also helpful when advising on how much currency to take. Thank You to Hay Travel Staff for my recent holiday in Kefalonia. You took all the pressure off booking the holiday and made things so easy. I highly reccommend your Travel Company. Nicky O'Brien

I was welcomed to the shop.
Katie managed to sort out my holiday very quickly with no problems.
Received good information about the new security system that is now in place at my destination.
