Called into Hayes travel regarding a holiday I'd found the previous evening, I was greeted by a young woman named Georgia,,as an elderly 77 year old widower Georgia invited me to join her and made me feel really at ease ,she explained everything to me regarding my booking and was thoroughly very professional thanks Georgia, would recommend Hayes travel to all friends and anyone else looking for advice on looking for a holiday John mcsweeney

Walked in to enquire about a trip to New York for my daughters 18th Birthday. Hayley was extremely knowledgeable. She knew exactly what we wanted and provided all the info. We were so content with what she had put together that we booked it there and then. There was absolutely no pressure to do this however, we didn't feel any need for hanging around as we knew what we wanted.

We have been using Hayes for many years and will always use them in the coming years. Although we had already researched hote, flights, etc Alexi was extremely professional in putting the correct package together for us.
Would highly recommend Hayes if you want a stress free and enjoyable way to book your holiday.

Booked holiday on the Sunday with Lucy at Redditch then dealt with Caitlin on the Monday who sorted my seat allocations and money etc. The ladies were very nice, polite and professional. What more can you ask for

As when previously booking with Hays Travel in Redditch the process was quick and easy to complete. I knew what I wanted and it was quickly found, confirmed and booked. All sorted including all the discounts available. Will use Hays Redditch again.
