There was no taxi at Amsterdam airport to take me to my hotel,on the journey back the taxi turn up a hour early the driver drove like a bat out of hell .l went to
the Rayleigh branch to complain the head office lady

Last minute city break
I was served very quickly which I was grateful for and not made to wait at all between customers considering the shop was very busy at the time on a Friday lunchtime
The agent was very helpful and my booking was made quickly and efficiently.
Everything was processed straight away and as it was a fairly last minute booking check in was also completed for me which was so helpful
