Hays Travel - Poole Omdömen 

I have used Hays travel multiple times to book my holiday. I want to thank Fiona who has booked two of my holidays as the service received was outstanding. I will definitely look out for Fiona again to book my next holiday. A fantastic experience having someone take all the pressure off.

The personal service that we receive. Julie at the Poole branch knows exactly what we like and will contact us direct if something comes up. She completes the relevant paperwork in relation to my medical needs without even asking now as she knows us so well. All staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. We can always find what we are looking for at Hayes and confident we will receive good service. You do not feel rushed when visiting the branch and on return visits will always be asked how the last trip was. We particularly like cruising and the Caribbean so the special fly from Bournemouth trips very good.

The lady was very helpful. It was my first time in a Travel Agancy. I will definitely be using them again.

Had a misunderstanding when booked a solo cruise a few days before. Steve the manager took over and sorted everything out for me. A whole change of ship with the same itinerary. The bed was the issue. I need a proper bed not a pull out sofa ! Thanks Steve ,patience of a saint 🙏

We have used Hay's previously and so, as we considered taking a holiday, it was the first place to start. We sat with Steve, (Poole branch), who examined our criteria, gave us a number of options and we took those away to discuss. We struggled to find the right hotel or destination and went back to Steve. Another face-to-face discussion ensued, he made further suggestions, we decided on our holiday and booked.
