Lorna, the manager at Peterborough was really helpful and accommadating, remaining professional even when on hold for over an hour after the call to the suppliers dropped. She offered refreshments while we were waiting.
Due to time constraints, Lorna emailed the confirmation across to myself so that I could relax knowing my holiday was booked and secure.

Our boys have never been abroad before…
Our boys have never been abroad before so we wanted to make their first trip abroad a special one , one they will remember and because of personal reasons we could only book it last minute so with that in mind we made a list of what we would like our holiday to be ….Hays travel were brilliant we told Hayley our wish list for our holiday and she delivered the nearest perfect holiday we could ask for , it ticked most of the boxes so thank you so much Hayley and the rest of the staff at Peterborough Queensgate branch for making it happen .
