Simply called to buy a voucher
Simply called to buy a voucher, the staff had to refer to written instructions to deal with this and it took roughly half an hour to complete. Not a great experience.

THE INFORMATION I RECEIVED WAS HELPFUL & THE BOOKING PROCESS WAS MADE EASY. Afterwards I felt a bit rushed into making a decision about travel insurance. I wish I had purchased this independently, which would have probably cost me a lot less.
