Heather was once again exellent and my wife and I would like to say thank you once more .

From when I walked in the door the staff were very friendly and the lady who helped me book my holiday made me feel at ease , explained everything and was such a pleasant lady
I walked out laughing and happy

Heather the manager at The Old Swan Branch in Liverpool was lovely. She was very patient and knowledgeable and was determined to find just what we were looking for. She found us a last minute 10 night holiday at a great price and made us feel very welcome.

Heather sorted our cruise for us. She was very helpful and patient with our questions.

Looked at best options so I could save money on my trip.

Had a wonderful time 🕰️ n the resort of Benalmadina.The hotel we stayed in was Peurto Marina. This hotel is very clean, staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. A gorgeous hotel very chilled. From the moment we arrived everyone was very welcoming. We were greeted with a cool drink from Jannis on reception, made us all feel welcome, especially my 14 year old granddaughter. Staff in pool snack bar work very hard serving lunch and food all day. The housekeeping staff leave your room spotless. Loved it so much we’ve booked again for next year. Central for beach, marine and shops, we haven’t any company. There was a loud party of friends making a lot of noise, but Elisa one of the managers told them to keep it down, she was very professional the way she deal with it. All staff are brilliant. See you next year. Thanks to Hays travel for a good recommendation.

I visited the old swan branch in liverpool to make an inquiry about a holiday, the person who was helping me whose name I forget, was very helpful and very organised and knew what she was talking about and on that same day i booked a holiday to morocco.

I used the Old Swan shop to book a holiday in Nerja for 2027. Elaine -the assistant who helped me - was friendly, efficient and very professional. She found and booked exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was given all the necessary paperwork. We had spoken to a JET2 Agent on the telephone on Sunday 10th, that person (Debbie) was excellent with us offering several options for a late September holiday in Costa del Sol. So armed with her information and a little research on internet of hotels and destinations we went to our local HAYS branch, Old Swan Liverpool, and met with Lewis. He was very professional, listening to our our desires and likes before offering his expertise and knowledge. Result was we booked a 7 night holiday in Torremolinos travelling on dates and times that suited us. A very pleasant experience.
