Hays Travel was recommended to us by a friend who had used the company on several occasions, they had suggested that we used the Newtownards branch as it was local, easy to access and the staff were very friendly, honest, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Our travel advisor was Ashley and she could not be more helpful, from baggage to meals to local attractions she had it covered. We enjoyed our visit to the branch as it was bright colourful and clean. All round a great experience.
