We were planning a 3 generation family holiday for next year with parties flying from different airports. We had found holidays that suited our wish list of facilities but needed professional assistance to co-ordinate the flights, room and dietary requirements. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by all the girls working there. They all said hi to me, I was served by Joanne and she was very helpful. Everything was organised easy from flight to coach to hotel - Same for the return journey.
