Helen was so patient with Ambassador cruise line who took ages to answer the phone and deal with the query. My patience would have gone but she kept her cool and just kept holding. Eventually she got through and was told they were having difficulties and Helen should log out and try again. She did this and sorted out printing our labels etc. Congrats on Helen’s patience.

Hays ways better
After already going to Tui which weren't very helpful with our holiday search and doing most of our research ourselves we went to Hays and met Lauren. Although we knew exactly which hotel and resort we wanted lauren did some extensive searching for dates and other extras found us a cracking deal which we could not refuse. Booking process was great. All in all our overall experience at Hays was welcoming, relaxed, humorous, professional.
